US Continental Pageant was established in 1996 and  owned by US Continental Pageants Inc. along with the Trademark “US Continental Pageants”.  US Continental gives no permission for any other pageant system to use it name “US Continental Pageant or US Continental Pageant or its likeness. US Continental Pageants Inc. has sole ownership of the name and likeness which includes: Ms. US Continental, Mrs. US Continental, Miss US Continental and Miss Teen US Continental. Any use  without exclusive permission by US Continental Pageants Inc. will face legal action.

US Continental National Pageant has a strict policy for handling contestant information. The information you provide to US Continental National Pageant is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. US Continental National Pageant will not disclose or distribute contestant information to third parties without prior written consent by the contestant.
